Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Management Executive to join our team. As an Account Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring clients’ needs are met.
Your main responsibilities include handling client inquiries, understanding their business objectives, and providing them with tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients.
Successful candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. You should also have a strong understanding of sales principles and be able to analyze data to identify trends and propose strategies for improvement.
