Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Communications team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their communication strategies, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans that align with clients’ objectives
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective communication campaigns
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure campaign success
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the communications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
