Job Description
- $300 SGT (60/40 split)
- Singapore based
- Contact Centre SaaS leader
Just Digital People are excited to be partnering with our client, a leading Contact Centre SaaS company who are further expanding their sales team in Singapore.
What you’ll do:
- Hunt and close new business within Mid-Market level accounts
- Own the sales cycle and end-to-end processes
- Presenting and pitching business solutions, identifying pain points and demonstrating the value offering across all Contact Centre solutions
- Negotiating and closing long, complex deals
- Develop, maintain, and build long-lasting strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities with existing partners and accounts
- Execute sales strategy in Singapore and Malaysia region
- Meet and exceed Sales KPI’s and revenue targets
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years overall B2B software sales experience
- Strong background selling Contact Centre software solutions
- Genuine hunter mentality
- Demonstrated experience in hitting and exceeding sales quota
- Be a Contact Centre subject matter expert
