Join Diamond Glass Enterprise Pte Ltd as an Account Payables specialist! You will report directly to the Deputy Finance Director and be responsible for preparing essential financial reports like P&L and Balance Sheets. Your role includes liaising with various vendors and clients on financial matters. A background in audit is mandatory, and familiarity with XERO software will be beneficial. You’ll manage cash flow reporting, ensure compliance with the 3-quote procurement system, implement cost-cutting measures, maintain accurate accounting records, and prepare GST submissions. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies.
