Job Description
The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is looking for an Account Specialist for Member and Corporate Relations (MCR). As an employers’ organization in Singapore, SNEF represents the interests of businesses and plays a crucial role in promoting good employment practices.
Responsibilities:
- Research and establish contacts with new companies to broaden SNEF network and membership base.
- Plan and cultivate strong relationships with existing members by organizing and executing programs and events.
- Create awareness of SNEF’s services through events and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage membership reports and database.
- Take on projects and tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any equivalent field.
- Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to changes.
