Job Description

Accounting:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.

    Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

    Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

  • Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits.

    Address and resolve any audit findings.

Administrative:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

    Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.

  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

    Assist with the preparation and distribution of company communications and reports.

  • Support to Management: Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

    Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
