Job Description
Handle both accounts receivable and accounts payable function
Performing general accounts duties, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Processing transaction, issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
Accounting for, preparing and submitting GST returns
Working capital and cash flow management
Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows
Preparing Inter-company reconciliation & bank reconciliation statement and resolving open items
Coordination with IRAS for tax matters
Coordinate with regional/branch offices
Assisting with audit, general administrative duties or any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
