Job Description
In charge of a full sets of account for 2 active companies, 2 dormant companies
Submit Monthly Management Report and Weekly Sales Report
Review of AP, AR, GL and posting of month end journal entries
Ensure accuracy of accounts records
Bank Reconciliations
Preparation of GST submission
Assist to update Finance SOP periodically
Assist in annual audits for 1 active company
Assist in Grant Submissions
Render administration and operational support
