• Preparing financial data for entry into accounting system
• Updating Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing financial statements
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
• Preparing supporting schedules for month-end and year-end closing
• Familiarity with Singapore Accounting standards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• 1-3 years of Accounting Experience
• Able to work independently
• Diligent, organized, and meticulous with good working attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
