Job Description

Purpose of the Job

To produce financial accounts for submission to AET management and MISC. Responsible for local statutory financial reporting requirements for the Group. To ensure compliance with global standard accounting processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the general ledger activity for assigned accounts across various legal entities.

• Prepare and post required journals, including payroll journals.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare monthly schedules.

• Accounts payable sub ledger and general ledger reconciliation.

• Identify G&A costs allocation drivers for monthly intercompany management fee recharge.

• Assist in internal audit queries and statutory audit requirements.

• Prepare information and complete surveys and returns to government agencies.

• Ensure compliance with Company’s policies and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Accountancy.

Professional Certification: ACCA.

Experience: 3 years of general accounting experience. Familiar with accounting/auditing standards.

Specialized knowledge: Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Microsoft Office.

Must be a self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
