Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for quarterly GST/VAT returns and Company Income tax returns.
- Responsible for inter-company reconciliations schedule and assist in consolidation preparation.
- Responsible for timely review of bank payments.
- Supervise and review work of Account Executives.
- Support the budgeting process.
- Perform budget control activities and prepare variance reporting.
- Support yearly audit.
- Assist Management in identifying internal process improvements and internal controls audit.
- Assist in implementation of new processes and new system, when required.
- Able to undertake other related project from time to time directed by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business, A.C.C.A or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in audit or accounting functions.
- Good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards.
- ISCA Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, or equivalent will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms will be considered as an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP accounting software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- High detail-oriented, good analytical skill and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
