Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to: data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and financial report preparation.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with invoice processing and verification
• Update and reconcile financial statements
• Prepare and analyze sales reports
