Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and providing accurate reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and receipts.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
