Job Description
- Verification of vendors’ invoices accurately and payment
- Receival of goods and services and verification
- Submission of GST related to vendors’ invoices.
- Process Purchase Requisition from various Project Manager into Purchase Order.
- Assist in scanning, printing, and filing of Finance, HR and Government related documents
- Submission of CPF and Work Passes applications.
- Application of work-related insurance
- Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Administration of annual and medical leave
- Assist in any other duties and projects as may be assigned
