Responsibilities:

• Handle daily order processing
• Correspond with suppliers (local and overseas) on the purchase of equipment
• Proper filing of documentation for hard and soft copy
• Prepare quotations and issue invoices
• Perform admin work and other ad-hoc assignments
• Basic accounting entries in the system

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome
• Experience in Marine / Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry is a plus
• Good communication skills; able to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Willing to work in the East
• 5-day work week
