ADVOX LAW LLC is seeking enthusiastic and passionate fresh or new graduates in Accounting and Finance for our finance and accounting division. As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the Accounting Officer in daily operations and contribute to the firm’s financial functions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting and Finance
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tesseract
• Friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Issuing payment vouchers using Tesseract
• Updating the bank book and performing reconciliations
• Assisting with administrative tasks
