Job Information

Job Description

• Daily sorting of documents from outlets but not limited to:
  • Accounts payables
  • Accounts receivables daily sales reports
  • Human resources and operations
• Maintain data entry for:
  • Daily sales reports
  • Delivery sales
  • Electronic receipts
  • Point-of-sale cash payout in Microsoft Excel and SAP system
• Download and generate sales report from point-of-sale cloud
• Reconcile, check, and tally accounts receivables
• Assist in monthly closing of full spectrum accounts receivables including leasing receivables
• General monthly report but not limited to:
  • Cashiers’ incentive
  • Outlet daily sales report
• Filing and archiving of documents
• Any other duties as assigned
