Job Description

- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Receivable Duties
- Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales invoices, credit notes
- Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
- Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report monthly
- Ensure proper filing is done accurately and on time
- Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years relevant experience in AR
