Handle admin duties:

• Creation of quotations, invoice, delivery orders for clients, and ensure follow-up.
• Liaise with existing customers’ enquiries.
• Support operations team with trade documentation.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork and liaise with other departments.
• Ensure payments align with supporting documents.
• Prepare invoices for billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist in billing and collection.
• Process supplier payments and expenses.
• Ensure supporting documents are in place.
• Collaborate with teams and assist in month-end closing processes.
• Update Leave, Attendance, Medical benefits, and other administrative tasks.
• Keep track of office essentials and manage ad-hoc assignments.
