Job Description
Description
- Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and Bank Reconciliation
- Generate and send out invoices to customers on time
- Ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts, preparation of monthly financial reports
- Perform payment forecasts and monitor cash flow
- Account analysis and liaising with Auditors
- Handle assignments as given by Management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good team player with interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,600.00 – $3,300.00 per month
