Job Description
First Sight International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling day-to-day administrative work
- Performing general accounting duties as assigned by management
- Preparing and maintaining proper filing of reports & invoices
- Processing supplier payments and expenses
- Chasing outstanding receivables
- Assisting in managing phone calls
- Handling a wide range of accounts duties
- Following up with customers for due payments
- Processing payments
- Assisting in quarterly GST reporting
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
