Job Description
GLOBAL TRAINING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will perform daily accounting tasks, check overtime and expense claims, and document all payments. You will also liaise with suppliers and customers regarding invoice disputes and support the Finance Manager.
Requirements: Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks. Must be able to work independently and start on short notice. This is a 5-day work week position.
