Job Description
Job Description :
1. Perform accounting duties such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger, Data entry, invoicing, and payments.
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Attend to all emails and enquiries from associates in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts for the assigned entity.
5. Assist in any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Committed and meticulous with a positive work attitude
- Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
