Job Description
INDEX-COOL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The role involves handling supplier invoices, staff claims, managing outgoing payments, maintaining petty cash, and communicating with suppliers.
Requirements: Diploma with 2 years of experience, good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and EXCEL. Experience with Globe3 is a plus. A positive attitude and independence are essential.
Location: Tuas Avenue 8
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (alt. Sat)
