Job Description

OFFICE SECRETARIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to assist with daily financial operations. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and supporting billing and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal industry, and familiarity with Aderant Expert or other PMS systems. Strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success.
