Accounts Payable:
- Sort, code and match invoices.
- Set invoices up for payment & filing.
- Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.
G/L data entries:
- Generate G/L details for closing team.
- Assist closing team for audit schedule preparation.
- SPV monthly closing.
Job Requirements:
- Practical experience in accounts/bookkeeping.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in shipping industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central preferred.
- Team player, meticulous and responsible.
- Fresh grads with accounting diploma welcome.
