Job Description:
- Assist the Finance Manager in daily Accounts and Admin activities.
- Reconcile processed work and verify entries.
- Responsible for monthly closing and maintain accounting data entry for audits.
- Process staff claims and verify documentation.
- Handle invoicing queries and payment collection.
- Monitor outstanding payments and maintain proper filing.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge in MYOB is a plus.
- Meticulous with a positive attitude.
