Job Description

• Schedule: Mon to Fri
• Location: Clarke Quay (Will shift to East)
• Salary: $2,500 – $3,00
• Industry: Marine / Shipping

Job Duties:

• Accounts Payable
  • Sort, code, and match invoices
  • Set up invoices for payment & filing
  • Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system
  • Track expenses and process expense reports
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
• G/L data entries
  • Generate G/L details for closing team
  • Assist closing team for audit schedule preparation
  • SPV monthly closing

Requirement:

• Experience in accounts/bookkeeping
• Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of account experience, shipping industry experience preferred
• Practical experience in Microsoft Business Central
• Ability to work in a team, meticulous, and responsible
