Job Description
- Schedule: Mon to Fri
- Location: Clarke Quay (Will shift to East)
- Salary: $2,500 – $3,00
- Industry: Marine / Shipping
Job Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Sort, code, and match invoices
- Set up invoices for payment & filing
- Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- G/L data entries
- Generate G/L details for closing team
- Assist closing team for audit schedule preparation
- SPV monthly closing
Requirement:
- Experience in accounts/bookkeeping
- Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of account experience, shipping industry experience preferred
- Practical experience in Microsoft Business Central
- Ability to work in a team, meticulous, and responsible
