Job Description
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Visa Application
- Visa Details Data Entry / Tracking
- Data Entry in Company dedicated system
- Company Claims / Expenses Data Entry and Processing
- CPF Submission
- Payroll Processing
- Basic HR Support
- Preparing / Generate Invoices
- Any other adhoc general admin duties for company’s functionality
Requirements:
- Candidates has to be well organized and has an eye for details
- Positive, work well under pressure and a team player who’s able to support the team’s backend admin matters eg: emailing and follow ups
- Able to maintain organized filing system and documentations
- Meticulous in handling invoicing matters
- Professional in handling confidential information
