Job Description
Duty & Responsibility
- Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable function for all subsidiaries within the Group.
- Process daily payment plannings in treasury system, follow up with approvals and completion in internet banking.
- Assist to execute and ensure strict compliance to Singapore financial reporting requirements including audit, tax, and GST.
- Assist to ensure timely reporting of all subsidiaries reports and assignments required by Singapore and China headquarters.
- Assist and support the Group Reporting Team, which includes completing both Singapore and China reporting requirements.
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication skills
