Job Description
Metizoft is seeking for a dedicated team player to join our team in Singapore to fill the role of Accounts Executive. The duties and responsibilities include:
I. Accounts Receivables
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions
- Prepare invoices according to terms of contracts; submit invoices to customers
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, and customers’ contacts
- Generate accounts receivable reports
- Reconcile accounts receivable on a bi-monthly basis
- Generate and send statements of accounts to customers on a monthly basis
- Follow up on past-due accounts and collections, identify overdue accounts and contact customers to request payment
- Reconcile revenue accounts each month.
