Job Description

Responsibilities:

(Accounts)

1. Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions for a few entities

2. Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission.

3. Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)

4. Ensure accounting operations are carried out in accordance with internal accounting procedures

5. Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.

6. Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

(Admin)

1. Admin records update and filing

2. Handle enquiries relating to orders.

3. Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions

4. Daily update of installment payments and make reminder calls to overdue hirer.

5. Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in accounts executive, automotive industry preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,200.00 per month
