Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL) for subsidiaries of an established listed company;
- Handle fixed assets registers, petty cash and staff claims;
- Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly management reports;
- Assist with annual budget and quarterly forecast;
- Perform costing and variance analysis;
- Assist in cashflow projections;
- Corporate tax computation;
- Prepare quarterly GST submission;
- Handle external and internal audit matters;
- Debts collection and credit control;
- Manage full set of accounts for a dormant company;
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
Prerequisite
- Diploma/degree in accountancy or ACCA;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred;
- Independent, meticulous, analytical, and hands-on;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive learning attitude;
