Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with budget preparation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with knowledge of tools such as QuickBooks or other accounting software. Additionally, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure accuracy in financial reports and identifying potential issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Reconciling bank statements
