Job Description
Urban Space Self-Storage is a modern storage concept catering to the storage needs of modern living and offices. Join our team striving to be the best-in-class self-storage company in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts for month-end & year-end closing
- Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information
- Analyze cost performance compared to budgets
- Prepare management reports and assist in budget planning
- Handle quarterly GST submission and ensure tax compliance
- Assist in ad hoc reporting
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to reporting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 – $4,00.00 per month
