Job Description

Urban Space Self-Storage is a modern storage concept catering to the storage needs of modern living and offices. Join our team striving to be the best-in-class self-storage company in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for month-end & year-end closing
• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information
• Analyze cost performance compared to budgets
• Prepare management reports and assist in budget planning
• Handle quarterly GST submission and ensure tax compliance
• Assist in ad hoc reporting

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commitment to reporting deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 – $4,00.00 per month
