Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting related duties
• Perform full sets of accounts such as accounts receivables, payables, and general ledger functions.
• Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters
• Liaise with clients and vendors via phone or email
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure company book balance tallies with the bank statement
• Assist in month-end closing and checking for balance sheet accounts
• Compute and prepare GST schedules for quarterly submission
• Any other ad-hoc relevant tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, MYOB, and Autocount
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently on assigned duties
• Able to manage a variety of priorities to meet deadlines
