The role focuses on Accounts Receivable, including:

• Managing day-to-day AR operations.
• Issuing invoices to customers and parents.
• Following up on payments and sending reminders.
• Posting incoming payments.
• Answering customer calls.
• Replying to and following up on customer emails.
