Job Description
Location: North region – Admiralty
Highlight:
- AR / AP
- Team size: 8 pax
- 5 days/week, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
Job Description:
- Assist with AR duties: invoice preparation, sales verification, and reconciliation.
- Prepare documents: Invoices & Credit Notes.
- Track collections & payments and update Aging list.
- Reconcile payments and billing disputes.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and assist with stock duties.
Requirements:
- LCCI Certification or Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly organized and good team player.
