Job Description
Our client, TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD., a logistics MNC near Jurong East, is seeking a temporary staff for 4 months to support the accounts payable team.
Job Scopes:
- Monthly account settlement (double entries of freight transactions)
- Monitoring account outstanding items (follow up on dispute items)
- Monthly reconciliation of SOA (AP portion)
- Check & review Procurement system invoices submission (Tenderboard)
- Prepare necessary documents for expenses recovery/reimbursement
- Ad-hoc assignments by the Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in AP accounting (double entries)
- Experience in Shared Services and Freight Forwarding & Logistics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP accounting system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, meticulous, and a good team player
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
