Job Description

Our client, a key player in the automotive sector, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team in Central. Responsibilities include managing AR collections, report generation, and collaborating with the sales team.

Duties:

• Reconcile daily AR collections from bank statements and cash book.
• Generate monthly AR Aging Report and Customer Statements.
• Track customer activities using the Fleetnetic system.
• Collaborate with the sales team on overdue accounts management.
• Verify and post invoices from Fleetnetic to Autoline.
• Prepare and track monthly bulk collections.
• Monitor AR balances in Autoline and Fleetnetic systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
