Job Description
JOB SCOPE
- Using EP eservices (incl. SAT)
- Submission and making payment of CPF, personal income tax
- Assistance in monthly payroll processing
- General admin work including answering phone calls, filing, and organizing
- Assisting customers in completing necessary processes
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Incl. Excel and Word), PDF
- Basic HR knowledge required
- Ability to handle communication in English and Chinese to work with Chinese clients
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with efficiency
