Job responsibilities:

– Inform service appointments & apply Permit-To-Works (PTW).

– Data entry of all sales & service reports and do filing accordingly

– Maintain pantry stocks & office stationeries and find quotations and place order when required

– Issuance of stocks using tickets in software to outfield staffs (sales & service personnel)

– Maintain stock inventory and stock check with production worker end of every month to ensure the stocks quantity are correct

– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

– Microsoft Office Suite

– Fast typing skills

– Able to work on your own with minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,600.00 – $2,200.00 per month
