Job Description
Responsibility:
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, maintaining documents, and more
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers; prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Ms Excel and Ms Word
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Positive work attitude, able to work with all levels, and commit on short notice
