Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary:
- Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc)
- Prepare documents for mailing to customers
- Maintain proper records and filing of documents
- Coordinate with Sales Department for accurate billing
- Generate and issue Invoices, Credit Notes & Statements of Accounts
- Preparation of quotations, invoices, and renewal contracts
- Matching invoices received with PO, DO & Quotation
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Secondary:
- Assist MD with administrative documentation
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager/Director/Supervisor
- Provide administrative support to colleagues
- Manage documents efficiently (printing, scanning, organizing, filing)
Requirements:
- Efficient writing skills
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 5 days a week (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong willingness to learn
-Minimum N level/GCE O Level (SPM – Form 5) and above
- At least 1 year of admin experience
