Job Description
Company: ECOGREEN PACKAGING PTE. LTD.
General Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices daily.
- Answer phone calls and reply to messages.
- Receive orders via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Verify customer details before issuing invoices.
- Ensure invoice accuracy.
- Invoice filing.
- Attend to customer queries occasionally.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Monday to Friday office hours.
- Alternate weekend work required with overtime opportunities.
- No experience necessary but preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Experience with QUICKBOOKS is a plus.
- Strong team player.
