Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant / Executive. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Key qualifications for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team. Prior experience in administration or executive support is preferred.
