Job Description
JIH SUN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking an Admin Assistant for a contract of 6 to 12 months. The successful candidate will assist the marketing team in preparing Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and other marketing materials to support in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns. Responsibilities include providing logistical support, coordinating with sales and operations for timely execution of marketing campaigns, and conducting market visits to monitor industry activities.
Requirements include a secondary school education or higher, experience in office administrative work, and proficiency in MS Office. Skills in social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are preferred.
