Job Description

We are looking for someone who can be a part of our big family. Someone who is extremely excited for something new and challenging for their career.

An Admin Assistant’s main responsibility is to ensure the business’s sustainability and continuity and to act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence, organizing meetings and appointments for the Director. It involves providing administrative support to clients and stakeholders of the business, which includes (but not limited to):

  • Agency support;
  • Client management like answering calls and responding to inquiries;
  • Preparing proposals and weekly presentations;
  • Assisting in claims and follow-ups;
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets;
  • Managing records and receipts;
  • Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions;
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes;
  • Providing customer service to clients;
  • Resolving financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams;
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters;
  • Making calls for interview.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $2,200.00 – $2,500.00 per month
