Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Executive to work full time for a 1-year renewable contract.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers in day-to-day project documentation.
  • Perform billings for respective projects and dispatch invoices in accordance with clients’ practices.
  • Procure, manage and take regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies.
  • Manage and update purchase orders, and ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in the provision of goods and services.
  • Initiate the screening process for new customers and prepare source data ahead of screening.
  • Manage contracts with a proper filing system.
  • Maintain and upkeep the department’s data and records.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by management.

5-day week @ AMK area
