Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan work scheduling and documentation
- Liaise and co-ordinate closely with Consultants and Sub-contractors
- Procure materials required for projects and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
- Prepare necessary project and handover documents
- Assist and monitor project and project scheduling
- Ensure all works are carried out safely
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience; coordination skills will be an advantage
- Good working attitude, strong communication, self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
